The owner and administrator of the CFO EXPERIENCE VAULT AI platform is Jakub Matosek (admin@cfoexperiencevaultai.com). These Terms of Service define the rules for using the platform and purchasing digital products (Digital Assets). By purchasing any product, the Buyer agrees to these Terms.
2. Digital Products (Digital Assets)
The platform offers intangible digital assets, including but not limited to:
Upon purchase, the Buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and perpetual license for internal business or personal use only.
Prohibitions: You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share the files with third parties outside of your immediate organization.
All copyrights and intellectual property rights remain the sole property of Jakub Matosek.
4. No Professional Liability
The products and opinions provided within the Vault are for informational and educational purposes only.
They do not constitute formal legal, tax, or investment advice.
Jakub Matosek is not liable for business decisions made or financial losses incurred based on the use of these tools. Every business situation is unique and requires independent verification.
5. Payments and Delivery
Payments are processed via third-party providers (Stripe/PayPal/Lemon Squeezy). Digital products are delivered instantly via email or download link after the payment is confirmed. The "Quick Opinion" service is delivered within approximately 24h to the email provided during checkout.
6. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital content, which is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales are final. In accordance with EU consumer law, the Buyer waives their right of withdrawal from the contract upon gaining immediate access to the digital content.
7. Quick Opinion Service
The "Quick Opinion" is a high-level strategic evaluation based solely on the data provided by the user. It is not a formal financial decision. The administrator reserves the right to decline a case and issue a full refund if the challenge exceeds the scope of the service.
Data Security: Any files uploaded via the Quick Opinion form are used solely for the purpose of the strategic evaluation. The administrator guarantees that files will be deleted within 30 days after the case is closed.
9. User Contributions (Share Your Experience)
By submitting any content (text, models, or case studies) to the "Share Your Experience" section, you agree to the following:
Non-Confidentiality: You confirm that the information provided is not confidential and does not violate any Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) or employment contracts with third parties.
License to Review: You grant Jakub Matosek a non-exclusive right to review and evaluate the submitted material for potential inclusion in the Vault.
Compensation Agreement: Submitting content does not automatically entitle the contributor to financial compensation. However, if the material is selected for publication or commercial use within the Vault, any potential compensation, profit-sharing, or credit will be discussed and agreed upon in writing between both parties after the initial review and before the content is officially published.
Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to decline any submission that does not align with the strategic quality standards or legal requirements of the Vault.
10. Waitlist and Product Voting (Privacy & Marketing)
Our platform allows users to vote for "In Production" assets and join waiting lists for future releases. By providing your email address in these sections, you agree to the following:
Consent to Contact: You grant Jakub Matosek / CFO Experience Vault permission to store your email address and send you a one-time notification when the specific asset you voted for is officially launched.
Early Access Incentives: Joining a waitlist may entitle you to a "Early Access" discount code. These codes are personal, non-transferable, and subject to the expiration date stated in the launch email.
Data Usage: We use voting data (anonymized) to prioritize our development roadmap. Your personal email will not be sold or shared with third-party advertisers.
Unsubscribe: You may request the removal of your email from any waiting list at any time by contacting us at admin@cfoexperiencevaultai.com.
11. Affiliate Disclosure
The "Partners" section contains affiliate links. This means that if you click on a link and make a purchase or sign up for a service, Jakub Matosek may receive a commission or referral fee at no additional cost to you. We only recommend tools that align with our professional standards and strategic philosophy. You are not obligated to use these links, and you should always perform your own due diligence before committing to a third-party service.
12. Final Provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from the use of the Vault shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts competent for the Administrator's seat.
