1. General Provisions
The owner and administrator of the platform is CFO EXPERIENCE VAULT AI. These Terms of Service define the rules for using the platform and purchasing digital products (Digital Assets). By purchasing any product, the Buyer agrees to these Terms.
2. Digital Products (Digital Assets)
The platform offers intangible digital assets, including but not limited to:
- Strategic audio recordings (MP3).
- Pictures including mind maps (JPEG, PNG).
- Presentation templates (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
- Financial models and spreadsheet templates (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Strategic frameworks and checklists (PDF).
3. License and Intellectual Property
Upon purchase, the Buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and perpetual license for internal business or personal use only.
- Prohibitions: You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share the files with third parties outside of your immediate organization.
- All copyrights and intellectual property rights remain the sole property of CFO EXPERIENCE VAULT AI.
4. No Professional Liability
The products and opinions provided within the Vault are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute formal legal, tax, or investment advice. CFO EXPERIENCE VAULT AI is not liable for business decisions made or financial losses incurred based on the use of these tools.
5. Payments and Delivery
Payments are processed via third-party providers. Digital products are delivered instantly via email or download link after the payment is confirmed.
6. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. In accordance with EU consumer law, the Buyer waives their right of withdrawal from the contract upon gaining immediate access to the digital content.
7. User Contributions
By submitting any content to the "Share Your Experience" section, you agree to the non-confidentiality of information and grant a license for review. Potential compensation for selected content will be agreed upon in writing between both parties.
8. Waitlist and Product Voting
By providing your email address, you grant permission for notifications regarding product launches. Your personal email will not be sold or shared with third-party advertisers.
9. Final Provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from the use of the Vault shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts competent for the Administrator's seat.
